Biography

I’m a former NCAA Division I soccer player at Florida Gulf Coast University, with over 3,000 minutes of collegiate playing experience, and a semi-professional player and team captain. I’ve spent four summers coaching and mentoring young athletes, helping them develop confidence, technical skills, and a strong mindset both on and off the field. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and am currently pursuing my MSc in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology at King’s College London. I’m passionate about helping young athletes navigate recruitment, build confidence, overcome challenges, and reach their full potential. Whether you’re preparing for college athletics or simply looking for guidance from someone who’s been through it, I’d love to help!
